Burcha Muslie
Ingredients:

1 cup of grated apple-red delicious
2 cups of oats
1 cup of apple juice
Half a grapefruit
5 washed and sliced strawberries
An apricot diced
3 pitted and washed cherries.
1 cup of yogurt
A few shakes of cinnamon
As many linseeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as you like

Method
1. Add oats and apple juice together in large bowl and put in fridge overnight
2. Take out of fridge the next morning and add yogurt and apple, and a little squeeze of grapefruit and mix until well combined.
3. get about 3 large glasses and layer as follows burcha fruit burcha fruit etc etc etc
4.when you get to top of glass smooth down a layer of burcha and sprinkle a pinch or however much you like of the assortment of seeds and squeeze a bit more of the grapefruit and cinnamon.
